Talent add the posts they made and tag the account they made them for. The account owner confirms from their own Instagram — one DM, no login. Only then does the work count: on the profile, in search, on the leaderboards.

- Step 2: Verification. The account owner confirms your work in Talent Review — instantly if they've connected their Instagram, otherwise via your share link. Confirmed work shows ✓ Verified and earns you a badge.
- Step 3: Power-up. Add skills, languages, rates and links; turn on Hire Me or Book Me.
- Step 4: Connect. Apply to jobs, get messaged by employers browsing talent, and climb the leaderboards. 0% fees.
For employers
- Create your account as a creator, brand, agency or theme page and verify your Instagram so talent can tag you and you can confirm their work.
