Add the post or reel to your portfolio and tag the Instagram account it was made for. The owner confirms in Talent Review, and every tagged post is checked against their connected Instagram: a post is verified only if it is really on their account. Owners who don't want to connect can DM a one-time code from their account to @igjobsofficial instead; we then check that each post is publicly published by them. Nobody else — not even igjobs staff — can verify a claim.

Only the account owner can confirm a collaboration — that's what keeps verification meaningful. If they won't confirm it, remove those posts from your portfolio; they'll otherwise show as unverified.

Badges reflect the size of the largest account that has verified your work: Pearl (smaller accounts), Silver (10K+), Gold (100K+), Diamond (1M+) and Red Diamond (10M+ followers). See Talent badges.

Automatically, once at least 5 verified clients have rated you 4★ or better on average. Highly Recommended needs 10 verified clients.

Yes. Badges are recomputed from the live follower count of accounts that verified their Instagram on igjobs, so your badge follows their growth.

Hire Me tells employers you're actively looking for work; Book Me tells them you're available for paid consultations. Toggle both when editing your profile — they're also search filters.

The creator or brand reviews applications in their pipeline and messages the candidates they want to talk to. Keep your portfolio verified — employers filter on it.

No. Talent is always free. Employers pay for job posts and talent discovery (free during launch).

Go to Instagram verification and connect your Professional (Creator or Business) account. We never see your password; the connection proves you own the handle.

Open Talent Review and decline the claim. Declined claims are removed from the talent's verified work. You can also report the profile.

When you confirm a collaboration in Talent Review you can leave a rating and a written review. You can edit it later from the Verified tab.

Yes — open the job and choose Edit. You can also close and reopen it; reopening restarts its 30-day visibility window.
